Beginner

Choose this level if any of these points describes you

  • You are currently a walker and want to start running
  • You have run before but not regularly
  • When asked if you're competing in the local 5k you respond '5k? What's that?'
  • Intermediate

    Choose this level if any of these points describes you
  • You're trying to get back into a running routine
  • You may have run some races in the past
  • You can complete a 5k
  • You may have a goal race in mind
  • Advanced

    Choose this level if any of these points describes you
  • You run regularly but are looking for motivation/challenges
  • You've run races and now try to PR
  • You are comfortable running 10k
  • You are looking to add variety and challenges to your workouts (intervals, hills, distance)
